Weird Panel Issue

Hi

I seem to have a really strange issue with all themes I use in Ubuntu . Whenever I hit the back button or go to a new url in firefox, the windows in the panel resizes its self making each window wider or slimer...Does anyone else have the same problem?

its not an problem, its the way its set up. the firefox window's name will change according to the title of the page, for example this page is called "Weired Panel Issue - NotebookForums.com - Firefox" , so the bar on the bottom adjusts to fit as much of that name as possible, if you go to a site with a shorter name say "Google - Firefox" the bar will reletively shrink. If you open multiple windows the bar sizes will also adjust to allow all of them to fit. Its a bit weired i know..but it can be quite useful

I understand how the panel will shrink the size of each window when the whole bar is full...The part I don't understand is that it's shrinking the windows when there is space...



now it shrinks it...
