I finally ordered a d/dock and a SB Audigy X-Fi!!!!
The dock should be here friday and the X-Fi... probably next week sometime. Did get some pretty decent prices tho'.
I got the D/Dock NIB off ebay from bloommax for $113 shipped.
WAAAAY better than the $330 that Dell is raping for.
and I got the X-Fi XtremeMusic Card on ebay as well from morningsunny NIB for $98.98 shipped. He still has one left if anyone's interested...
Hopefully that will bring some life back into my Z5300's... as I am upgrading from an Audigy Platinum in my old desktop that I used for my home theatre but just recently retired out. Now all I have to get is a new wireless keyboard/mouse combo.. If there are any nicely priced solutions any of you could recommend, I would greatly appreciate it!!!
Has anyone used a d/bay dvd burner in the bay as a second drive yet? Sounds like fun!!!
I am looking forward to ordering the pro package upgrade for the X-Fi very soon so I can use the system as my own little recording studio like my old desktop, install some fast external HD's!!!
What's the coolest tho' is that this wonderful gaming, home theatre, media center, and graphics design computer is with the press of a button I can take this beast to my balcony, or wherever and keep on keepin on....
