D900k - 9750 BSOD - hardware conflict

Hi Guys,

I have posted this in another thread, but have decided to create my own...

I have a D900k.

I have been getting a lot of BSOD's after it reboots the error it is getting in the event viewer is either .....\viahdd0 failed to respond after timeout.

and also

\Device\ACPIEC: The embedded controller (EC) hardware didn't respond within the timeout period. This may indicate an error in the EC hardware or firmware, or possibly a poorly designed BIOS which accesses the EC in an unsafe manner. The EC driver will retry the failed transaction if possible.

One thing i have noticed is that the primary Ide controller has a I/O conflict with the mainboard resoures

Input/Output Range 03F6 - 03F6 used by:
Motherboard resources

I cant seem to fix it, I have reinstalled iwndows and installled the drivers on the CD (via, ide, etc..) and the conflict is still there, I have downloaded the newest drivers from viaarena and it is still there, even tried removing both devices that hav the conflict in safemode and roobting, but it is still there,

It is really starting to frustrate me...

Any one have any ideas??

Does anyone have the latest BIOS for the D900k?

Im not sure what else to do, i have RMA'd it once but they said they couldnt find a problem...

I have had the HDD, Vid and ram replaced..
