Yes I would say that Ibuypower has some serious customer service issues, I have worked inbound customerservice before, for a company that was subcontracting to Niagra Mohawk power in the NYC area, performing collections support for people that were thousands of dollars behind on their power bills and were about to be disconnected or had been disconnected, and I would have been fired for treating customers the way that 2 out of 3 of their rep's have treated me. They need someone with a clue to whip them into shape if they realy want to be a big time company, and with the newegg.com contract and the pc mag adverts it's obvious that they are trying. I seriously doubt that they even have a QA department. Still their price for the laptop ended up being less than what I would have spent on parts to build it myself which was my orginal plan.
Seriously glad you got your laptop without any issues how is it? you need to tell us all about it. I am going to tell everyone about my Ibuypower laptop when it gets here, full review with lots of benches.
