Here is a site that compares the extreme 2 (basically twice as fast as the original) to some other integrated gfx solutions.

Its integration into the low-power centrino chipset is vital, but man it sure gets killed in the performance area. Im most concerned about the last statement:
"If nothing else, the graphics requirements for Microsoft's upcoming OS (codenamed Longhorn) will provide the impetus to give integrated graphics a kick in the pants."
I will probably wait until alienware offers the 2200 + btooth and get the laptop. Btw, I got this quote from a sales guy:
"We unfortunately have no definite information just yet regarding the time proximity for the future availability of the new Intel 2200 802.11b/g + Bluetooth wireless mini PCI card for our Sentia Mobile Systems other than the fact that it is currently in the works of research and development. "
