Compaq Presario V3015NR - Review Please

I want to buy this laptop and would like some feedback/reviews. First of all, is Compaq laptops reliable in general? I have never owned a compaq before...the only one with a bad reputation I have heard over and over is Dell.

Also, is there any known problem with this specific Compaq Presario V3015NR laptop?

And, how is Compaq customer service? If I have a technical support issue, will they provide good service? I have heard some complaints about Lenovo tech support, how about Compaq?

Would like to purchase this laptop asap...please response soon.

i don't think this computer is really any different from the one circuit city is selling. the only main difference i can see is that the circuit city model doesn't have dual layer or lightscribe.

I just bought this same laptop from bestbuy. Unfortunately they were out and I had to order it online. I haven't received it yet. But does anyone have any cons/pros on it?
