I just had my first real experience with AW's Corporate Tech Support (I am not counting the time I called them to flash the BIOS)... and it was FLAWLESSLY handled by a gentleman named Alex.
I wouldn't normally bother to post this, but there are so many negative tech support stories out there that I just wanted to let those of you on the fence about an AW purchase know that it's not all doom and gloom.
