well i had my hard drive replaced 2 days ago and the new hard drive began making this weeird clicking noise and the last hard drive made this noise and broke down. so i gave dell a call and i told them about my problems and i told them i wanted my money back. so the guy says that how aboutt we send u a brand new one and we will arrange to pick the other one up after u recieve ur new one. so i said thats fine and he gave me a reference number/order number. great service by dell.
