I know all of you are wondering when exactly the new Chips will be available for purchase. We have received many calls and emails regarding the Merom. Unfortunaly we do not have an answer ourselves. At this point the only information intel has supplied us with is that due to high demand of (Conroe)s they are unable to produce as much Meroms as they can supply to the channels and we may not see good supplies until end of september.
But it's not officially noted, we have to wait and see for this week to see how the supply is allocated.
So, the exact second we can get any official information or dates regarding the core2, it will be posted in these forums as well as on the PCTorque.com homepage. Thank you.
