Dell Rumours ...

I'm currently in the market for a new laptop, and the Dell's had me at hello.

The thing is, I know Dothan is due 2Q, thus I assume that Dell will be refreshing the 600m. I'm trying to get an idea of what the upgraded specs will be, and the sort of timeframe.

Seeing as I'll probably have the cash available some time in the next couple of weeks, I'm trying to decide whether to grab a 600m now, or wait for a couple of months for the (possible) refresh.

Anyone know any rumours? Any "Dell Rumours" websites? (like, y'know, Apple have...)

There have been rumors of an 8600 upgrade within a week or two. I'd wait a week and see.

I just found some discussion a few weeks ago on the official Dell forums about the rumoured D605 (== 605m I guess). Since the rumour is that it will have a 15" LCD, I think I might just have to hang tough without a fast laptop for a little while longer...

According to these rumors, is this laptop getting a new videocard (DX9)?

Didn't say much about the new graphics card, except his personal opinion that it would have a better graphics card.
