I duno, 5k for a laptop is indeed way overpriced. You might as well wait for a few more month for other thin and light with 9600 to come out, because realistically IBM laptop worth around 2k-3k at max. I'm pretty sure u can spend that 2k on something way better, like maybe a premium bus card or train card and have a better, more powerful, heavier laptop than the t41p. Also, why does thickness matter? the size of laptop usually does fit into the carrying bags very well so u wouldnt notice the diff between the thicknesses.
