planning on getting aspire 5672

hi, i currently own toshiba satalite p4 3.2ghz laptop. im going into university next year and i want to get another smaller and lighter than my current one. It is huge... (17 inch), Loud as hell fans, and overheats alot. sometimes even shutting down when i play games on full power. (it has radeon 9700) i want to use it for both school and gaming. Games such as WoW, Fear, guildwars, etc.
im in canada right now and the one here comes with 128mb x1600. would this graphic card be enough to play those games? and the games coming out? i dont care about AA, AF, and im satisfied at running it on 1024x768 resolution. has anyone played those games on this laptop before? if so, wats the average fps? also is there any laptops with better graphics coming out that i should wait for? is there any other laptops with similar specs and prices?

I've got the X1400 version, and run WoW at 40fps at medium settings at the native widescreen resolution. I've played FEAR on it as well, but I have to turn alot of the goodies off to do it. I believe the X1600 only comes with 2x512 ram, you might wanna upgrade that to 2x1024. Also don't expect alot of battery life. Gaming you might get 1.5 hours out of it.
