Aspire 1410 Need Largest Internal Hard Drive

I hope someone can help me.

My son is in the Army in Afghanistan using an Aspire 1410. i'd like to know if anyone knows of the largest internal hard drive that can be installed in this computer. Either an Acer hard drive or a 3rd party hard drive. He has to move from base to base & taking his external hard drive won't work out for him, so he'd like to get more GIG's 'in' the computer.

I'd like to buy the hard drive here, in the USA, & ship it to him.

If someone can supply me with a mfg. name, or part no., or online store to contact regarding this matter, I sure would appreciate it.

try www.newegg.com great site, order all my stuff there, they send it via UPS, and are very good at customer satisfactions, i think currently the larges t he can go for for a laptop (2.5') is 100gb-120gb, pay attention to RPM also, as the lower the RPM on larger drives means a bit of decrease in file access, probably just keep it 5400rpm and up, note though, if he installs a larger harddrive in his system, will will have to re-install windows, and all his programs, which if he is currently deployed might be a bit of a pain to download those, unless he brought the discs with him.
