I ordered 8/31/06 and I'm still in "Order Processing"
The production date keeps being pushed forward every day. For example, it will be "Production Date: 9/2/2006 1:47:15 PM" then that will move forward to something a few hours later as that time approaches.
I tried calling their customer service but it isn't open right now... weird, being noon on a Saturday, you'd think they would be available.
The customer sales guy said someone would call to confirm the order but nobody has called or left a message.
