I know this can not be normal! right! I guess im calling Dell on tuesday

Check out my light leakage also what do yall think about that is it normal? I'm making a seperate thread for that I hope thats ok.

What exactly am I looking for in those pics? (regarding the cursor -- not the light leakage).

[EDIT] If it's the dotted line at the bottom of the taskbar, then I can confirm that my XPS2 did that as well -- with an external display. Never took it as ordinary, though I notice my new desktop doesn't do it.

guru x look at the line it repeats a few lines of pixels of the mouse cursor across the entire bottom of the screen

notice the dotted line effect accross the entire bottom of the screen
