ATI vs ASUS

First sorry if this question has been asked before but i couldn't find it in the search. I was surfing around and came upon ASUS's website and found that they havethere own version of what i assume is Ati 9800xt. I was wondering is there any major difference between these two cards or is it just a different name on it?

There are many versions of ATi's cards...many manufacturers adapt the core to their own modules with their own unique features. Some use cheaper memory, others use the best hardware available and therefore their cards cost a few hundreds more than the cheap ones...but people are often fooled thinking that its the same thing - Its NOT

ASUS have an excellent record for making high performance cards but there are some better ones out there AFAIK...not sure which ones but they can be found - MAKE SURE you read the specs before you decide which way you're gonna go...

yes the asus cards are great, basically i would just go with whatever is cheaper out of the two.
