Emachine m2105 CPU Upgrade?

Looking to get my wifes 2.8Celery the door and put in something with more cache...

1. has anyone upgraded the CPU on their m2105? If so what processor and hows the heat issues?

2. If not what would be in the same TPD as the 2.8 celery...

cache is over rated I would need more than that to justify upgrade.
