I tend to leave my laptop on for long periods of time, I left it on over the weekend (it was two full days) came back and it was off. I then proceeded to turn it on, and instead of making the common noise like it was powering up it made a noise like it was already running. However, the screen was black and I do not believe it is because it was hibernating or anything like that because I completely restarted it, turned it off took out the battery and started it, and even tryed it other various ways with the power chord in or out. What is possibly be wrong with it, it seemed like there was something dry on my keyboard, but did not seem to be anywhere else but towards the top of it, so I would like to think it isn't from something getting spilled on it. Any help would be great.
