i have the chance to buy a Packard Bell Easynote h5 315 for $850

p4 1.83
512mb ram
128mb nvidia graphics card
60gb hard drive

dunno if its worth takin and i'm still deciding on it but i am tempted
my computer is on its last legs and i desperatly need to room so i want to get a laptop soon

anyone know wat laptop i should go for if not the packard bell because i've heard nothin but bad things about it

i basically need it for downloadin files although i'll have an external hd for that, watchin anime and playing games
as long as i can get it here in the uk or it can be shipped here -_-
on ibuypower.com theres i very nice laptop there but they don't ship internationally

mainly concerned about the graphics card because most games need geforce graphics
wat would u suggest with a $1000-$1500 budget?

You would be insane to buy that thing, pass on it! That is ancient technology and you can get a much better deal on something new.

well your in a pretty good price range so theres alot to choose from. are you just a gamer or a powerhungry gamer that need to beat everyone else in hardware?

I'd get a Dell E1705(WUXGA) with a 7900GS or better. Look at dell outlet for great deals.
