Emulators for E1705?

Hello everyone.

I just decided to get rid of my 4.6GB Dell Restore Partition (Backed it up just in case) and was wondering what to do with the extra space when I thought of emulators.

So... I am wondering what emulators people have run and recommend as the quick google search I did pulled up a TON of emulators.

SO.. if there are any emulators you have run (especially on the E1705 and simmilar speced systems) I would like to hear from you.

Thanks!!

D.

I suggest Project 64 for nintendo 64 roms. I use it on my 9300 and it works great. There's a few games that are slow no matter what though. 007 doesnt play the greatest, but strangely enough perfect dark plays just fine.

OK... now I need to find a good/small usb gamepad to use. It needs to be portable so I can take it with me.
I remember seeing a nice and small gamepad somewhere... but for the life of me I cant remember now.

TIA!!

The PS2 Emulator is comming along great to. Huge boost in performance if you have a Duo Core CPU.

Yup, I'm following that too. Apparently there next release is going to be fully playable (even speeds) for Final Fantasy X.

I reccomend getting ePSXe. It's a PlayStation emulator, and games work really well on it. You can even use some fancy plugins that smooth edges and things like that, making some games (such as castlevania symphony of the night) look really good. Just pop in a playstation disk and run it! Or download them if that's your preference... But don't do it because it's illegal

As for a gamepad, I use an xbox 360 pad (and i don't even have an xbox 360 haha). It's really comfortable and it works really well with most games. Just today I was playing Mega Man Legends (awesome game) and it never crossed my mind when I first played it 7 years ago that someday I would be able to play it anywhere I wanted on a laptop. There are so many good games that I can now play wherever I want and that makes me happy. That's the main reason that I got this laptop.

That site doesn't have roms, nor do roms exist for the ps2 emulators. You need an ISO image or the actual CD/DVD
