Lookin for a website/program that will..

Tell me the specs of my computer.

Such as motherboard type, name, chipset, video bus type, memory bus type, memory type, CPU type, ect...

I know a few benchmark programs will do most of this for you, but I want a program or a web site that I can connect to that will tell me all my systems information.

Sisoft Sandra is exactly what you are looking for...it tells you EVERYTHING about your computer.
They have paid and free versions I think.

cpu-z will tell you most of that, the rest you can find through your OS easily.

Sandra or you can check out Belarc Advisor http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html
gives a ton of useful info including a list of installed programs.
