About to get a new laptop, and i missed out on the free 2gb upgrade soo...

I dont want to pay dell for the insane $ jump to 2gigs, and other good places to get ram for the M1210? No need for a special type of ram right, any notebook ram will do?
Thanks

Well; crucial.com newegg.com kingston.com I've ordered from crucial before and they were great. They have this really cool configurator that helps you find the exact memory for the system you have....cause you wouldn't beleive how many different types there are. fathergoose

Oh yea, didn't think of this earlier but... Maybe try this, find out what type of RAM you use then go to ; www.pricegrabber.com and let it search for lowest price. It usually does good. I did one search and found a 1Gig stick for $122.99 fathergoose
