Hi all, this is my first post on these forums, I have ordered myself my first ever Alienware and i just carnt wait to get it, im from the UK and i am currently using an Acer Aspire 1520 which has been nothing but trouble since i got it so i hope my new m5550 will be an improvement

here are my specs im on phase5 at the minute

All of sudden i am having second thoughts about my laptop, how much of a problem is the random shutdown on this model
