Looking for a laptop for my father

Title says it all, the thing is, he is cheap, and is looking for something below 500$ All he needs it for is checking his email, MS Office, and Accting software.

The only thing that he needs in it is 512 mb memory, and 40 Gb or larger HDD

Get the cheapest Dell yo can online and get the in-home warranty so that he can just call them for problems.
