i need major help

ok i just got this laptop. and it has the 9600 pro card in it. But yet it seems to show reddish colors in different light spots on the laptop monitor. And sometimes even flickers? does anyone know what this means?
PLZ HELP ME I JUST GoT iT FROM www.expressnotebook.com it is the 736 model

You might want to go ahead and call them up and tell them you recieved a faulty unit. You will probably have to send it in or something else, depending on the type of warranty you ordered for it. Oh... and next time you might want to buy from a more respectable place than that, check with resellerratings when purchasing something online.

haha I went to configure a notebook and one of the options was a 9+ CD set of software valued at over $300 ... when i took it out of the package, it only brought $8 off the total price.. that must be some high quality software they got there
