Does anyone know what brand the burners are? I thought they were sony. I tried to burn 5 single layer dvds last week and they all failed and they were sony brand, tried a verbatim DL and it recorded like a charm, waste of a dual layer though. Has anyone had issues with the burner? Are there any firmware upgrades?? All help would be appreciated,
