Hi Wirefrost, I am sorry to say that your problem is more serious, it is not the graininess we've seen, the BIOS won't fix it. It's more likely you have bad LCD or video card, I suggest you contact Asus service center in your region and have them replace LCD or video card for you.

Hello Ken,
Thank you for helping me, I posted so much things and you answered my questions everytime, you are even better than asus lol

Well yes I expected that my problem is more serious, but I can't give them back I'm stuck with it for the moment because at Morocco there is no Asus local service :s

Thank you so much for your precious help, and Keep up the good work man! You ROXX!

Bye ^^

Hi everybody in general, and Ken in particular,

still no news about an official Bios for F3Ja ?
It's now more than 6 month you provided us with a "beta" Bios, during this time, Asus could have enough time to deliver an official one, isn't it ?

Hello Jason, yes you do need ATK driver, I don't know what notebook you have or what OS you are running, here is the ATK drivers:

WinXP:
http://downloadmirror.intel.com/df-s...15.56_logo.zip

Vista 32:
http://dlsvr01.asus.com/pub/ASUS/nb/...bit_070126.zip

Vista 64:
http://downloadmirror.intel.com/df-s...go_Vista64.zip

Note:
If you have S96J/Z96J the WinFlash may or may not work on these models for some reason.

I suggest you contact Apple and let them know the problem you are having, there are other Acer users once having the same issue and looking for help here, they were able to contact Acer and got the problem fixed.

Yes, the BIOS I posted are for specific models and for Asus only.
they are not just VGA BIOS that you can flash like people doing it on the desktop computers, on the laptop, the VGA BIOS are embed with the mainboard BIOS, so it will not work on your MacBook Pro. Even you have a Asus laptop you must use the BIOS programmed for the same model, if you use F3JP and flash it on Z96J then your laptop will be fried.
