Just installed Ubuntu on my acer 8103

I just installed Ubuntu on my acer 8103 and I must say that I am impressed most of everything works. I installed the newest release of the software. Now just trying to figure out how I can get my mail program to work not sure if there is a way to connect to an exchange server. My mail is on an exchange server that I have hosted. I tried evolutions and it freezes up and retrieves the folders but wont retrieve the actual mail with in the folders.
Any one else has this problem.

you can always try thunderbird.... sry but i am clueless whereas i dont work with servers, especially mail servers.

Try thunderbird.

Havent used evolution in a while now so I cant help you but so much, but you shouldnt have a problem so long as you have either IMAP or POP access(I believe exchange provides IMAP if I remember right)

yeah it does so I guess I would have to change it to imap and see what happends.
Thanks guys . but I will continue looking for a Exchange sollution I found one but its not free and of course I am not trying to spend any money.
