Dera all I've been trying for days to solve this issue. G-Omaha kindly tried to help me out ...but no results. I post a new thread about this issue hoping the notebookforums community can help.
My NP 3790-V has major problems reading USB storage devices as memory pens, but no problems with other USB devices, included external HD.
In particular, the storage device would be detected, but when I try to explore a folder window explorer freezes until I unmount the device somehow.

Now I have a cute new Toshiba cellphone that would like to use as a storage drive through USB ....no way.
.....any clue what's the problem ???

I already tried to update windows XP, then disistall USB drivers and restart letting windows to redetect USB .....all like before !

Also, disinstalling USB stuff it messed up my bluetooth connections !!!
Impossible to make Billionton bluetooth software to work again !!!!
