Dell Latitude CPi vs Dell Latitude C600

Aside from the keyboard, what hardware differences are there between the two? I found a parts laptop that's missing the hard drive, harddrive caddy, keyboard, memory, memory cover, media bays, and battery. I have a full Dell Latitude CPi but it stops working for no apparent reason, press the power button and it doesn't respond at all even if it's plugged in, and then after a week or two of sitting, it magically will boot up. Tired of that crap, but if I can upgrade it to the Dell Latitude C600 using the parts available, that'd be awesome! I know the keyboards aren't the same, but is the memory slots, memory cover, hard drive caddy, and memory cover the same? I figure the battery/media bays, memory, and hard drive I can use from the CPi. Just wanted to confirm before I go ahead and buy it.

Thanks in advance!

I have both a CPiA and a C600. The memory is not interchangeable. In addition to different speed requirements, the SODIMMS are physically different dimensions. The hard disks are compatible, but the CPiA uses a caddy and the C600 doesn't. (It uses only an edge adapter that fits over the pins.)

I don't know how similar the CPi is to the CPiA, but according to crucial.com the CPi uses EDO memory, so that makes it even less compatible with the C600.
