let me first off say I have an older ATI capture card that someone gave to me.. I hooked my DVD player up to it.. and it looks like crap!

since i have a small room and no space for a TV, and since I have a fairly large Computer display (23inch apple) I just want to use this to watch TV on. but I want something that will look decently clear on full screen

I am just confused on what I need...
