Im not sure if this is the proper place for this notebook question but ,I didnt see an inspiron thread.
I just purchased an E1505 Inspiron notebook,At work we have wy fi and all the other computers seem to go allot faster in this wireless network than mine does.
I know I have a good signal and good battery strenth.
My friend said he called dell and had them change some settings in the misconfig (took checks out of the boxes)
I called dell and they didnt seem to know.
I was wondering if theres something I am missing,You know sometimes its a matter of just one check in the box here or one check out of this box.
I was told That I shouldnt have to do anything but turn on the computer and find the signal and it would work.
My computer just drags compared to all the rest.
Please any suggestions would help
