Hai all,

Anyone know of any way to disable the touchpad on the 9750? I am completely frustrated with this device as my cursor will jump to a different part of the page when I'm typing anything.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Depending on your BIOS version, FN + F10. This works on my 9750.

For those of you that might have no hot key to disable the touchpad, or even another option rather than disabling it total is TouchFreeze. Its a great freeware program. It recognizes typing and disables the touchpad temporarily. It works great and runs in the backround taking up little or no system resources. Check it out here: http://www.download.com/TouchFreeze/...-10395987.html

And let me know what you think. Certainly makes typing documents on a laptop easier since the mouse no longer jumps around.
