Alright, got a question for you Bluetooth savvy guys.
BT module: BT355 2.0 w/EDR
Drivers: Dell Broadcom R127314
Headset: Jabra BT620s
I have my headset paired with the BT355 module - in stereo headset profile - and it runs great with AVCRP...for music, and music alone. I get no audio for video files or anything else but my audio tracks that play through iTunes.
I've tried to setup an audio gateway profile to the BT620s to no avail; the Jabra unit doesn't support audio gateway profiles.
I've also tried adding a plain headset + mic profile but that doesn't work either. In fact, I get zero audio under this configuration (and the bloody thing defaults to this profile so I had to delete it).
How are you guys running your BT stereo headphones (Jabra or otherwise) for other audio aside from music? I have the Widcomm driver 5.1.0.1700 downloaded and ready if I need to use this instead.
Any help would be appreciated, TIA!
EDIT: Nevermind, got it to work the way I wanted. Had to delete all the other profiles that it set itself with, leaving only the "Stereo-Headset" profile. Works now with all other media.
