battery calibration software anyone?

my mate has an aopen 1557G laptop, and im trying to find battery calibration software for him to you, im sure there would be some universal software for calibrating laptop batteries out there.... any suggestions

There are some, but i cant remember which. It used to maintain low battery power usage. It appear only saved 20 to 30% power. You should try google search it. May come out few results.

RTFM. Most laptop manuals address baterry conditioning and usage quite adequately. Calibration is usually part of the Power Properties.
