Warranty service not provided, question

So, I've been using Philips Magnavox warranty for two years, service which I paid for about a year ago. Recently they started completely ignoring my request for service. Three months ago the 8970 would not turn on anymore (after being serviced for 3 times already) and so I had to wait a MONTH since the day I called them for the box to arrive and then an extra MONTH for them to fix it, for a total of TWO MONTHS to fix my laptop. When I got my laptop back, it turned on but every black color would be represented as a red color, and the problem would get even worse as the GPU heated up. The only way to fix it would be to press hard (yes, PRESS HARD) on certain random locations of the front of the laptop, both on top of the GPU and near where the screen is connected to the main body.

I called Philips on the same day I got back, wondering what type of hallucinogenic drugs their repair service was abusing in order to call my laptop "REPAIRED" and send it back to me. It's been a MONTH again since I requested service and they accepted it and promised to send the box. I've been talking to them every day of the past week and they keep promising to send something out and that they will report this to the dispatching service, but nothing has really happened besides these promises.

On this premise, I wonder if it is possible to start a lawsuit against the company for a complete lack of service I'm paying a lot of money for. Does anybody have any info on how the procedure works?

I did a Google search for warranty litigation and it gave up some lawyers that you might be able to contact for more information. Give it a whirl. Someone needs to take these warranty crooks to the cleaners judging by all the horror stories here on the forums.
