new M1710, core duo 2.33Ghz, 2gig ram, 7900gtx, plays everything fine except cod2 updated to version 1.3 (I didn't try 1.0). When I'm in the game, it feels like vertical sync is on or something (although it's turned off both ingame and in nvidia), very choppy graphics.
No virus, clean machine, default drivers from Dell, didn't make any changes to the machine. Could this be an issue with the 1.3 update? I would really appreciate it if anyone can help out.
