for some reason on my mx3560 my power cord port is lose or something because when i have its sitting still if it gets bumped alittle bit it like stops charging for a little while untill i bump it back in can some one help me or is this issue something i have to have done prfessionaly

if u r brave enough, u can always tackle the project urself, if not the shop
we have enough info floating about in this forum and many others that would present u with valuable info
u might want to prod around and pm some members that have already done so for tips
in the meantime - respect ur plug! it is the one of the greatest (if not the only greatest) source of laptop failure

it is your d/c jack I am about to attempt to tackle the project myself sorta...Gateway is useless for helping I bought the jack off ebay from some guy for about 10 bucks I am just trying to figure out how to open up the case now and de-sauder the previous one and sauder in the new one
