Bags/Cases/Sleeve Brands.... - Page 2

I wasn't willing to pay as much as you guys, so I just got this one:
http://www.ebags.com/sumdex/impactgu...?modelid=48886

I just received it a few minutes ago. It feels very solid, with excellent protection, but man, what a tight fit! I couldn't get it in with my 9 cell battery, but then I saw spamuel's post, where he puts it in face first, and score! I got it in easily. It's still a tight fit though, and I don't like how it rubs against the zipper. Hopefully it will loosen up over time.

If you want something for less than $20 after shipping, and you don't want any extra room leftover, this is the sleeve for you!

Jer22 or anyone else with a WaterField SleeveCase, what size did you get to hold the XPS M1210 with the 9 Cell Battery? Thanks in advance.

On the upper right side of sleevecase page on the Waterfield website there is a drop down menu that will link to a chart for determining the size. They list the Dell XPS m1210 with the 9 Cell as being a size 24-20. Don't hold me to that though, I have a 6 cell and the 24-18 fits it perfectly.

Anything from Tom Bihn is awesome. I've got the Brain Bag w/Brain Cell and Snake Charmer. I'll never buy another brand of bag.

Can anybody recogmend a backpack for the M1210 that has the laptop pocket in the front or middle?
I carry a lot of books and I am really nervous about my laptop getting crushed. I want to be able to lay the back down and not worry about it. I think the bags with the back pocket are fine for bigger laptops becuase of the weight..but this awesome machine doesnt have that problem.
I did find these...not sure which would be better the 15" sport and use the case pc or the 13" bag (not sure about 9 cell fit.

Well i've had the Dr. Mo sleeve for about 3 months now. Its been great, can handle all sorts of bumps and dings without a problem. I have been using it with the 9-cell battery which is a tight fit, but didn't seem too bad. the bad news is after 3 months or so, the memory foam has ripped in a few places from the streching stress. mainly on the back side(where the battery pushed out) and on the top corners where the edges of the laptop stick in. The good news is the cloth arround the memory foam has not torn so its still totally useable, but i'm guessing its not going to last too much longer. I've been using it with my oakley icon backpack.
but keep in mind, i'm putting more stress on it than hte average person though. i probably take it in and out of the sleeve twice a day on average.

i ordered a case logic 13" sleeve which i know i'm not going to like as much, but its pretty much free from dell for me so i'm not complaining, i'll let yall know how that turns out

I have a Targus bag purchased through Dell and I'm very happy with it.
