A simple Q about writing & executing .reg files

Thread Starter
I went through every single page of The Elder Geeks' website, and did a handful of reg tweaks. In some cases I just navigated the registry and made the changes, and in a few I used Notepad to make a .reg mergable.
My question is can you implement several different strings on the same .reg file?
I know you can do multiple entries under the same string, but because I was uncertain, just to be sure, I was making new .regs for each string change.
-Of course, I didn't realize when I started that I would be doing so many.

definitively, u can set urself up a .reg fitting ur needs i recommend do it in order of keys so that it can be easyly traced and updated some (personal) tips: . i would import the .reg file into a word document, and fill around the entries with explanations and notes (the original explanation + ur own interpretation) . not all tweaks will be needed under XP, since they are built in or used differently - make a note within ur doc as u go and find out extending the registry tweak to vista - so far i only tweaked some desktop behabiour, but not into the performance, it seems that vista is making a good improvement into the kernel back-up, back-up & back-up BEFORE applying any registry tweak cheers ...
