Help with Everquest 2

I got an Alienware Area 51m 766 and like after 15-20mins of playing eq 2 something pops up real quick then my laptop shuts itself down. I cant really see what pops up b4 it shuts down all i can really see are like the first 3 words which are to To fully control. Anyone know what the problem is? Also Im using a wireless connection could that be the problem?

Do you have a firewall?

Right-click on "My computer", then click on manage. Then look at the event viewer, and see if an event was recorded at the time the computer shuts down...

Ya i have a firewall but I put eq2 as one of the exceptions. Im gonna try the event viewer thing hope I can find the problem. Personally I thinking it might be a problem with my Anti virus software.
