question about upgrading to core 2 duo

will the core 2 duo work in a m1210 that currently have a core duo? i am thinking of getting one for the one i got for the dell outlet, but prob til after xmas.

If you have the latest bios (i think its A03) then it supports it. Make sure it has the newest intel logo, and your good to go.

I upgraded my M1210 from the T2600 to the T7400 last night. Everything works great with BIOS A03.
