Bad AC Port

I have a PCG-GRV680 and the power cord connection seems bad. I know the power cord is good because I have another Viao. However, I can push and hold`the cord in the back and it works but as soon as I let go it stops charging and the battery light is solid. I even sometimes put a piece of duct tape around the cord and pull the cord to the right and tape it to the side of the laptop and then it works. So in other words I can wiggle the AC plug and see it connect and disconnect. If I let it go and go away the battery dies because there is no AC connection. Anybody have the same problem? Any jury rigs or quick fixes rather than replace the MB? Thanks!

the simple quick fix would be replacing the ac jack, meaning taking the system apart, resolder the ac jack if it is still usable, or just replace it

qhn,
Thanks for the info. Yes, soldering it back doesn't bother me but I have tried to open the back up. What screws need to come out and how do I access the MB? Thanks!
