If you've been following the saga surrounding my m9700, you will probably understand this question. Does anyone know whether Alienware will, upon request, add a note to your file that basically gives you a free "send it in" whenever you call tech support with a problem that requires taking the computer apart? I have absolutely hated taking it apart and putting it back together because of 1) the WASTED TIME and 2) the fear that I'm breaking something. I checked their warranty and it seems to leave it to their "option" each time a problem comes up.
