Thank you, FriedToast, for pointing out that this promotion does, in fact, exist. The only reason some of us want to contact this guy is because, apparently, he can get a better deal on the BX laptops than most websites are selling them for, which, if he works for a wholesale distributor, is not completely unfathomable. For you doubters: does anybody really think that a scammer could make so many different user accounts, some from over a year ago, just to support his thread? That's retarded. Some of us just browse the FT/FS forums and don't make a lot of needless posts (....Rockinfella2k, I've read a lot of your flamewars with people like DarkLoki and I can say that I've definitely heard of you. BTW, what the hell is up with your 'Bible Obsession' in your sig and your semi-pornographic Xbox360 that you're selling? Oh, and did you ever give away the RC helicopter to the person who wrote the best 'Christian essay' or was that all BS too? You might have 1000+ posts but I must say that you don't contribute a whole lot to these forums either.)

Also me and darkloki are cool now, I've talked to him and i've got no issues with him...Again stop spamming this BS promotion thing!

All I am doing is looking for out unknowing people on this board, until this person has been confirmed and a REAL deal is done then this needs to be locked. NOTICE the original poster and post was DELETED, thats for a reason!

Who are you to be going at Nathor like that? Post count doesn't matter on this board, so that's out the window. You're the one that instigated this little flame war.

Who are you to play forum police? You say you're looking out for the people on this board, but you can't seem to close a deal yourself, changing your mind at the last minute. The man asked a question, and you jumped down his throat like that. Just because the post was deleted doesn't make it "BS" (such a filthy mouth for a Bible humper!) but did you ever consider that it may have just been against the rules of the forum itself?

Does it make a difference that I'm also on Anandtech Forums, where I have 10k + posts (and i'm not a frequent OT'er), have 1 shy of 300 heatware (under codeyf, all positive), and have been there for 6 years?

I would say no, but by your approach it allows me to be a complete a-hole whenever I want just cuz of my post count. And if you can be this rude with 1500 posts, just IMAGINE the extent of my a-hole-ness over there!

Needless to say, I have ordered my laptop from Justin, and it will be here today. I have passed his info to several people, of which 2 have already ordered. I have also ordered a laptop on behalf of good friend of mine as well.

Having talked to Justin about it, he isn't openly posting where/who he works for obvious reasons. Then again, you wouldn't know that since all you've done is sit and be a nay-sayer on it. Had you picked up the phone, and called his cell (which was in the original post) you would have found out first hand that both he and the trade-in deal is LEGIT.

Hell, if you had just clicked on the trade-in link in the OP, you'd have seen that part of the deal is legit.

For anyone else, I'd be happy to give you Justin's info, or send you a copy of my invoice, or whatever else you want. I do plan on taking pics of my laptop tonight, and will be happy to post those as well.

For those of us took the time to call Justin, ask all that we had to ask, then pulled the trigger:
