Well, it's that time of the year again. It seems, like clock work, every 6 months the motherboard in my Area-51M 7700 Dies. Before I call up alienware, does anyone have any ideas on how I could convince their support that maybe JUST MAYBE, that after replacing the rest of my system, it could be one of my power supplies causing the problems? Does anyone know of a good way to get ahold of somone in support that is actually competant? I've had my system for about 14 months out of the 18 months since I initially received it. All I want is them to take this system, and give me back a whole new one with the same specs. I'll gladly send EVERYTHING they sent me in if they can just do this for me. It's really a great system for what I do with it, but I need reliability.
