His whole 11 posts got him in the "Clique"...anyways I think he is just pointing out what he would do.

I read that the performance increase on the processors was minimal and the 5600 would more than suffice. However, I have NFC how beneficial the 4mb cache will be with Vista or w/e is on the horizon.

No not at all I am just posting my new lappy stats as I am so excited to get one. I have been pricing for 2 months now and finally got the price down to my range. Sorry if I sent wrong message. I searched this and other forums for coupons and then I just ask and someone sent me a 25% coupon.

If you are happy with what you ordered, then don't worry about anything else. You have a nice computer ordered. I just returned my first E1505 and now have ordered a replacement.

i have almost the same notebook.
I upgraded the hard drive to a 7200rpm and the memory to 2GB and the hard drive definately made a difference, and memory made a difference also, but only when you need it, which isn't all the time. But when the time comes it's nice.

I would go ahead and get what you have listed except upgrade to a 7200rpm hd.

Unfortunately for me, I cant use coupons cause I dont live in USA and its a bit complicate to buy even without coupon

Anyway, do you know if the 6400 is the same as 1505

And is there any difference between buying in small business or home &office?

They even tried to charge me a restocking fee. I argued that one and won that also. The only time I actually recieve any good support from Dell was when I talked with USA based support techs. I like Dell products, but their support leaves a lot to be desired. The only thing I had to pay for was return shipping. Dell had originally agreed to pay for that, but when I called them on it the refused. The tech that agreed to this kept telling me on the phone "DON'T WORRY I WILL TAKE CARE OF IT." She was very confused.

So now I have another computer on the way. Maybe this will be a better experience.

Please not that Dell wasted at least 4 hours of my time on the phone. Horrible support.

I had a E1505 with swxga+ 1680* 1050, I believe. it's a nice screen.
