the best thing is trying to "pry" gently (lift up here and there) the parts and see (or feel) where it is ebing holding back. Sometimes it might be just a snap-on clip.

Agreed. There are MANY screws: big, small, back, front, side. You do have to pry a little, especially around the heat sink, the LED lights in the front, and around the firewire port after you get all of the screws. There are also a couple of cables you'll have to disconnect as you lift the board out. There is one around the heat sink that you'll have disconnect after you lift the board up some in the back.
