I had >1 hour call with CS... Waited until I get to speak to supervisor. Described the situation for the "zillionth" time... When I started to ask him what alternatives do I have he was pretty much saying I have to pay re-stocking fee if I cancel or change (I am not good in arguing) even though I had DOA

... However, he assured me (again :-/)they gonna have it fixed by FRIDAY (VIP priority & rush order)... Also he gave me his initials and personally look at the progress and giving me feedback... I wish I knew how to be more persuasive and agressive over the phone but I guess I am that type of guy that sales people will make to buy whatever they want...

I am courious how this turns out. This is REALLY my last cup of patience with AW!
