Looking For Laptop

Thread Starter
Hello.
IVe asked this question before, but am opening up to more ideas.
Ill be posting this on various forums to get overall responses as i need to make a desicion and want the best for me.

Im am looking for a laptop thats 7lbs (not really more than that at all), has dedicated video 64mb at a minimum, duo core cpu centrino technology.
Screensize is not really an extremely big issue, but battery life is most certainly is (more than 2hrs is a huge plus here).

Im old school sager12lb notebook guy so ive seen these forums in their infancy and alas, even tho i thought my tastes would never change, they have (yes, a 10-12 lb notebook will kick your ass since ive had it since early 2k3).

The cpu will be the fastest one possible thats available.

My two big things are a dedicated mobile video module and lightweght mobility and batterylife in a nutshell.

Thanks Guys!

take a look at Toshiba......I bought the wife a Qosmio last Christmas for just under 3 grand with a real sweet carrying case......and now they offer a nice gaming rig and the price cant be beat and the options that are included in the gamer and the Qosmio are great...they included everything a gamer or a media freek would want or need......I would check them out along with Hypersonic and others...also HP just bought out Voodoo but the deal wont be final till end of november...ya may want to wait an see what happens there....I would think the prices will drop...I belive they did this to be able to compeat with builders like Dell and Delianware(Alienware)......
I honestly am looking to see if its possible to build your own laptop from scratch....I no longer Buy desktops but Build my own am I am very happy doing that.....the quality of my desktops have risen since doing that the cost aint much different and you have to deal with more places for warranties......but I have built over 30 machines since 2005 and have had only 3 problems with hardware failures...
